Our Co-Chairman and President Philip Richter spends the bulk of his time thinking about asset allocation, manager selection and meeting the investment needs of Hollow Brook clients. But, when he’s not in the office, Philip likes to hit the road. His passion for vintage cars and motorcycles has earned him a spot as a contributing writer for Sports Car Market Magazine.
In his latest SCM article, Philip reviews a recent sale of one of the most unusual cars ever produced: the 2007 Mercedes-Benz R63 AMG. Only 200 of these vehicles were produced for a one-and-done 2007 model year. Mercedes never advertised or marketed the car, made available by special order only, and it ranks among the lowest production AMG vehicles ever.
Learn more about the rare R63 and read Philip’s full assessment of the sale in this “Market Moment” article.
